Datametrex Announces Termination of Early Exercise Warrant Incentive Program

TORONTO, Oct. 05, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Datametrex AI Limited (the "Company" or "Datametrex") (TSXV: DM, FSE: D4G) announces the termination of the previously announced warrant incentive program. On August, 30^th, 2018 the Company announced plans to implement an early warrant incentive program designed to encourage the early exercise of unlisted warrants with an exercise price of $0.15 per warrant. The company decided not to proceed with the program and as such, did not accept any of the exercised warrants under the program. All outstanding warrants will continue to be exercisable on the same terms applicable to such warrants as they existed prior to the Program.
