Royal DSM - Repurchase of Shares (24 - 28 September 2018)

HEERLEN, Netherlands, October 2, 2018 /PRNewswire/ --

Royal DSM, a global science-based company active in Nutrition, Health and Sustainable Living, has repurchased 121,592 of its own shares in the period from 24 September 2018 up to and including 28 September 2018 at an average price of ?91.88. This is in accordance with the repurchase, covering commitments under share based compensation plans and for stock dividends, announced on 13 August 2018. The consideration of this repurchase was ?11.2 million.

The total number of shares repurchased under this program to date is 890,673 shares for a total consideration of ?80.0 million.
