JMH Premium Announces Grand Opening of its New Culinary Design Studio

SALT LAKE CITY, Sept. 21, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- JMH Premium (http://www.jmhpremium.com), announces its upcoming grand opening celebration for its new Culinary Design Studio scheduled for October 16, 2018.

The new innovation and development kitchen features over a 2,200 square foot development kitchen and pilot plant which will enable JMH Premium's world-class Research & Development team to serve its customers in an even more substantial way.  The new Culinary Design Studio (referred to by the JMH Premium team as the "CDS") includes enhanced work stations, restaurant and manufacturing grade equipment, and its Food Scientists and Culinary Development Chefs have the capability to take bench top development to a pilot trial setting and scale to full production in one continuous process.

JMH Premium has an impressive reputation with its customers of being able to meet stringent regulatory requirements, utilizing the highest quality ingredients, produced with state-of-the-art manufacturing practices, all within industry leading timelines.   "This incredible new development center will enhance our ability to solve problems for our customers," said Nicole DeBloois, Director of R&D.  "With our expanded work space, newly updated equipment and our incredibly talented team, we look forward to providing an enhanced experience for our customers.  They will thoroughly enjoy coming to Salt Lake City and working on the bench with us.  Our customers will enjoy the flexibility to create new flavors and product formulations to meet their speed-scratch product needs all in one development session."

"This new CDS is phase two of a three-phase capital improvement project going on at JMH Premium.  Our new CDS and pilot plant are over 2,200 square feet of development and test production space," said CEO Kevin Dulin.  "The new center is well worth the capital investment we have put forth.  Our focus on decomplexification and supporting our customers in solving consistency and labor issues in their manufacturing and institutional kitchens will further propel us ahead of our competition."

"In the past few months, we have hosted a multi-unit Asian bistro chain, an industrial manufacturing group, and a large-scale grocery-deli chain here in our Salt Lake City facility, just to name a few," says Taylor Rasmussen, Sr. Food Scientist.  "For just one example, we were able to create five commercial solutions for one of the nation's leaders in chicken products, within just a day and a half.  That is the value we bring to our customers when we work together on the bench.  I'm looking forward to doing so much more in our new innovation center."

"We are opening our doors to customers, vendors, family and friends during our grand opening celebration," reports Laura Guthrie, Director of Marketing.  "We have some fun activities planned, great prizes, rewards for our employees and a special grand prize ski trip to Utah, where we have the greatest snow on earth.  I don't know anyone who wouldn't want to come here to Utah, spend a little time on the slopes and enjoy our great culture, and solve some problems in the kitchen too!"
