Fiera Capital announces change in Chief Financial Officer appointment

MONTREAL, Sept. 21, 2018 /CNW Telbec/ - Fiera Capital Corporation (TSX: FSZ) ("Fiera Capital" or the "Firm"), a leading independent investment management firm, today announced that Donald LeCavalier, who had agreed to join Fiera Capital as Executive Vice President and Global Chief Financial Officer, effective October 1, 2018, advised Fiera Capital that he declined the position.

John Valentini will remain Executive Vice President and Global Chief Financial Officer in the interim and will also remain President and Chief Executive Officer of the Firm's private investments in order to lead the growth of the alternative strategies platform such as real estate core and value-add, real estate financing, infrastructure, agriculture, private equity and private debt, including emerging market debt.
