KETCHIKAN, Ala., Sept. 20, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Cash prizes, a new Ford F-150 truck, and return trips to Waterfall Resort Alaska end the 2018 fishing season's King of Kings Salmon Tournament.

Tony Perkins wins $10,000 for the largest king salmon in the Waterfall Resort Alaska King Of Kings 30th annual tournament. In addition, he wins a return trip and a $500 Cabela's gift certificate. Tony is among 22 winners for the 2018 season. "I've looked forward to this trip with my work colleagues every year for 3 years, and I had never fished before that first year," shares Tony. "What a great win in addition to the pure fun of just being there."

"The odds for winning in our King of Kings Tournament are fantastic. We had a total of 1,519 enter over the 3 month period, and a total of 22 people won gifts of Cabela's certificates, cash, return trips and a Ford F-150 truck.  That's in addition to the daily winners," shares Ken Dole, partner and President of Waterfall Resort Alaska. "We love the smiles and friendships that fishing at Waterfall Resort Alaska brings, so the more we can do to add to the fun with the excitement of competition, the better!"

As a first year guest, Pat's 29.9 lb "king of the day" salmon caught with first-year guide Bryan Holtan, qualified her to enter the season-end drawing to become the Grand Prize winner of a 2018 Ford F-150 truck.

"Catching that 30 pound king salmon was worth every bit of effort! We had such a wonderful time. People really took care of you from boat to on shore. Everything was great!" shares Pat Frazier.

Return trips to Waterfall Resort Alaska are also awarded to the youth winner and to the winners of the largest king salmon each week.
