JACKSONVILLE, Fla., Sept. 20, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Summit Contracting Group, a Multifamily General Contractor with offices in Jacksonville, FL and Atlanta, GA, has started construction on Mosby Lakeside luxury apartments in Pooler, GA. This Class A development is conveniently located across the street from the new St. Joseph's/Candler hospital campus, retail, restaurants, mixed-use amenities, and excellent access to Savannah's job centers.

Mosby Lakeside will consist of 316 units in 7 buildings, with net square footage of 328,235. Community amenities include a large clubhouse, resort-style pool, fitness center, mail kiosk, dog park, pet spa, outdoor community areas, electric car charging stations, and luxury interior finishes.

Construction is planned to be complete by Summer 2020. The owner is Middleburg Real Estate Partners and the architect is Humphreys & Partners Architect, L.P.
