Author Jim Vaught's Newly Released "The Law or Grace Theological Reasoning" is an Exploration of God's Law and its Transcendence Over the Laws of Man

MEADVILLE, Pa., Sept. 19, 2018 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- "The Law or Grace Theological Reasoning": a biblically inspired discussion of the path to salvation via adherence to divine law. "The Law or Grace Theological Reasoning" is the creation of published author Jim Vaught, a retired social worker who was born in Alabama, spent his formative years in California, and began preaching the gospel at the age of sixteen. He currently lives in Arizona.

Jim shares, "The law was a set of rules. However, the dispensation of grace is the freedom from guilt and shame over failure to keep the law. It gives you the assurance of your salvation. Jesus gave us a new commandment (the royal law), love the Lord thy God with all with all thine heart, and with all thine soul, and with all thy mind and to love thy neighbor as thyself. On these two commandments hang all the law and the prophets. Under the law of the Ten Commandments, we discovered that the first four commandments pertains to man's relationship with God. The next six commandments pertains to man's relationship with man. If you love the Lord thy God, you will not break the first four commandments. If you love your neighbor as yourself, you will not break the next six commandments. Therefore, we conclude that the royal law supersedes the old covenant, and a new covenant has brought a new and better way of life. Ephesians 3:7 says, 'That Christ may dwell in your hearts by faith that ye being rooted and grounded in love.'"

Published by Christian Faith Publishing, Jim Vaught's new book is a thought-provoking collection of essays exploring the Ten Commandments and their eternal relevance to modern Christian life.
