Darren Metz and Novatech Acquire e/Doc Systems
NASHVILLE, Tenn., Sept. 18, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Novatech, award-winning provider of Managed IT and Print Services, has announced the purchase of e/Doc Systems, an independent document management and copier dealership servicing Memphis, Tennessee.

With the acquisition, Novatech will retain the e/Doc name and its staff.
