Mr. Messersmith oversees JMJ Hospitality projects and leads the research of potential hospitality development opportunities to create a portfolio that delivers results for JMJ Development and its investors.

David Messersmith brings with him 12 years of hospitality experience and expertise in his new role at JMJ. A leader in the real estate industry with multiple projects being developed throughout the United States, JMJ Development has been recognized for exceptional achievements in providing world-class excellence in all of its projects.
