CSE: 2018-0912 ? New Listing - Australis Capital Inc. (AUSA and AUSA.WT)

TORONTO, Sept. 14, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- The common shares and warrants of Australis Capital Inc. have been approved for listing on the CSE.

The shares will be listed on September 18, 2018, in anticipation of the completion of the distribution of the common shares and warrants as described in Australis Capital Inc.'s prospectus dated August 14, 2018.

Trading will commence on September 19, 2018 subject to confirmation of closing.
