Hayes Announces the Appointment of Mark Rivero as Director of Client Experience

In this role, Mark will oversee software client solutions, installation and support, with a focus on building an exceptional client service program to support the company's significant base of MDaudittm software clients, who represent many of the leading healthcare systems in the U.S.

Mark brings over 20 years of experience in healthcare delivery, administration, and software technology. Most recently, he spent eleven years at athenahealth, where he was responsible for Onboarding and Customer Success for both the core revenue cycle management and interoperability products and services.
