TORONTO, Sept. 12, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Friday Night Inc. Share Purchase Warrants (the "Warrants") and 10% Senior Unsecured Convertible Debentures (the "Debentures") have been approved for listing.
Each Warrant shall entitle the holder thereof, upon exercise, together with the payment of the Exercise Price of $0.65, before the Time of Expiry, to acquire one (1) common share.
