Waterfront Development announces Polk County Commissioners Court approves 15-million-dollar waterfront community

LIVINGSTON, Texas, Sept. 12, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Waterfront Development announced today final approval of its latest project on Lake Livingston just an hour north of Houston Texas.  The Channel at Cedar Point will join the rest of this Master Planned community with ground breaking scheduled for October, and Grand Opening anticipated in April 2019.
