Siegfried's Orientation program introduces the Firm's extraordinary culture, compelling business model, and interesting and challenging work to its newest professionals. During the multi-day event, new employees learn more about the company, meet members of Siegfried's Leadership and Operations teams, and become acquainted with their new colleagues.

David Beach, CPA, joins the Chicago Market as a Senior Associate. His warm personality and uncompromising work ethic allow him to collaborate with any team and tackle any situation that comes his way. Beach attended the University of Denver where he earned his bachelor's and master's degrees in accounting. Most recently, he was an Audit and Assurance Senior at Deloitte.

Marissa Berger, CPA, joins the Houston Market as a Senior Associate. Berger consistently ensures a structured plan is established, making efficient use of all resources to successfully complete the task at hand. She attended Central Michigan University where she earned a Bachelor of Science in accounting and information systems. Most recently, she was Senior Audit Associate at Doeren Mayhew.

Derek Campanella, CPA, joins the D.C. Metro Market as a Senior Associate. Alexander Franchak joins the New York Metro Market as a Senior Associate. Franchak's positive energy and strong leadership skills allow him to foster a positive and cohesive work environment.
