DSM - Repurchase of Shares (3 - 7 September 2018)

HEERLEN, Netherlands, September 11, 2018 /PRNewswire/ --

Royal DSM, a global science-based company active in Nutrition, Health and Sustainable Living, has repurchased 189,309 of its own shares in the period from 3 September 2018 up to and including 7 September 2018 at an average price of ?88.16. This is in accordance with the repurchase, covering commitments under share based compensation plans and for stock dividends, announced on 13 August 2018. The consideration of this repurchase was ?16.7 million.

The total number of shares repurchased under this program to date is 605,411 shares for a total consideration of ?54.2 million.
