Announcing 'National Female CEO Mentor Day' Celebrated on September 10th, Annually

SAN FRANCISCO, Sept. 10, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- National Female CEO Mentor Day, a 501c3 charity, has been created by Julie Wainwright, Founder and CEO of authentic luxury consignment company, The RealReal and Dana Settle, Founding Partner, Greycroft . The newly established day will be celebrated on September 10th each year.

The premise of the foundation is to bring middle and high school students into the companies of female CEOs for one day of immersive business experience and an up-close look at how women run their companies. The goal is to provide inspiration, motivation, and a view of female leadership and equality in business. The intent is to create a culture of inclusion at executive levels and demonstrate to students, at a critical time in their maturity, that strong leadership is gender neutral.

"Our future leaders, both boys and girls, can enter the workforce without bias if we begin to change the narrative by educating and mentoring them today," states founder Julie Wainwright.
