IRVINE, Calif., Sept. 5, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- CommerceWest Bank (OTCBB: CWBK) announced the approval of a quarterly cash dividend by its Board of Directors. The Board of Directors declared a cash dividend of $0.17 per common share, payable October 12, 2018 to shareholders of record at September 14, 2018.
