Madison Street Capital Advises Rural Partners in Medicine ("RPM") on Its Partnership with Latticework Capital Management
STEAMBOAT SPRINGS, Colo. and CHICAGO, Aug. 28, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Madison Street Capital, an international investment banking firm, served as exclusive advisor to Rural Partners in Medicine ("RPM") on its partnership and investment from Latticework Capital Management ("LCM"). RPM brings dedicated physicians and surgeons directly to patients in the hospitals serving their rural communities. The transaction was announced by Charles Botchway, CEO of Madison Street Capital and led by Senior Managing Director Barry Petersen. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
