Versus Technology Is Now Midmark RTLS: Transformation in Conjunction with Company-Wide Brand Update

DAYTON, Ohio, Aug. 27, 2018 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Versus Technology announces its rebranding as Midmark RTLS, a move that signals full integration with parent company Midmark Corp. The brand transformation takes place in conjunction with a company-wide brand update, featuring a new Midmark logo and brand identity.

In 2016, Midmark acquired Versus Technology to create a unique offering of clinical workflow solutions. By adding RTLS technology to the Midmark portfolio of medical equipment, diagnostic devices and design services, customers have access to a comprehensive product line of healthcare solutions.

The new branding initiatives are built on a theme of "Better care doesn't happen by chance. Better care happens by design." This new corporate chapter focuses on designing better care and creating better patient outcomes.

To maintain continuity for Versus customers, all sales, service and support contacts will remain the same and existing contracts will be honored in accordance with their terms. All new content will be presented with the Midmark RTLS name and Midmark logo. At the same time, all public web content will be merged and accessible through a single website: midmark.com. The versustech.com website will be automatically redirected to midmark.com.

As the healthcare marketplace evolves, Midmark makes every effort to provide the highest value to customers every step of the way. This corporate rebranding initiative unifies Midmark's focus to harmonize clinical space, technology and workflows for caregivers and patients.
