Alteryx Encores an Unconventional Convention at Inspire Europe

(NYSE: AYX), revolutionizing business through data science and analytics, today announced Ben Goldacre, MBE as the featured keynote speaker for its third annual European user conference, taking place Oct. 8-10 in London, UK. Inspire Europe 2018 will welcome hundreds of customers, partners and industry leaders to share how they've embraced the thrill of solving with Alteryx, and discuss the latest trends in data science and analytics.

Alteryx selected this year's keynote speaker as he's known for his provocative insights and questioning the status quo. Ben Goldacre is an award-winning writer, doctor, academic and campaigner, who specializes in unpicking scientific claims made by media and organizations. He is currently a senior clinical research fellow at the University of Oxford and his books have sold more than 600,000 copies worldwide in 31 languages. His academic and policy work is in epidemiology and evidence-based medicine, and he has written policy papers for the UK government. He founded the AllTrials campaign and received an MBE "For Services to Evidence in Policy" in the 2018 Queen's Honours.

Goldacre is altering the approach to medical and scientific research, consistent with the conference theme, "Alter.Everything," which challenges attendees to step out of their comfort zones to alter history, alter trends, alter their career, alter analytics. Each keynote, breakout track and training are strategically designed to present an unconventional convention, focused on celebrating Alteryx customers and their amazing use cases in data science and analytics.
