BullRun Capital Inc. Files Early Warning Report

VANCOUVER, Aug. 15, 2018 /CNW/ - August 3, 2018 ? Kulwant Malhi (the "Acquiror") owns or controls an aggregate of 23,630,500 common shares (the "Shares") of GrowMax Resources Corp. (TSX-V:GRO, the "Issuer"), representing approximately 11.05% of the Issuer's issued and outstanding Shares. The Acquiror, through a series of transactions in the public market acquired the Shares on the public market through the facilities of the TSX Venture Exchange by way of direct ownership of a total of 22,130,500 Shares and by way of indirect ownership through BullRun Capital Inc., a private company over which the Acquiror has control and direction, of a total of 1,500,000 Shares.

At the date of this press release, the Acquiror holds a total of 23,630,500 Shares of the Issuer, representing a security holding percentage of 11.05% of the 213,925,645 issued and outstanding Shares in the share capital of the Issuer.

The Shares of the Issuer are listed on the TSX Venture Exchange and trade under the trading symbol "GRO". The Shares were acquired for investment purposes. Depending on market conditions, the Acquiror may in the future increase or decrease their investment in the Issuer.
