First Industrial Realty Trust Declares Common Stock Dividends


CHICAGO, Aug. 7, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- First Industrial Realty Trust, Inc. (NYSE: FR), a leading fully integrated owner, operator and developer of industrial real estate, today announced that its board of directors declared a common stock dividend of $0.2175 per share/unit for the quarter ending September 30, 2018 payable on October 15, 2018 to stockholders of record on September 28, 2018.
