DICK'S Sporting Goods Announces Grand Opening of New Store in August

PITTSBURGH, Aug. 6, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- DICK'S Sporting Goods (NYSE: DKS), the largest U.S.-based, full-line omni-channel sporting goods retailer, in August, is adding a new DICK'S Sporting Goods store to an existing Golf Galaxy location.

The Grand Opening weekend celebration will be held in Raleigh, NC at Pleasant Valley Promenade (6254 Glenwood Ave.) on August 10 through August 12. With this new store opening, DICK'S will have 729 DICK'S Sporting Goods stores nationwide in 47 states.

The new DICK'S location will bring approximately 70 collective jobs to the community through the hiring of full-time, part-time and temporary associates for this store.
