Napoleon Hill Foundation to Present Napoleon Hill Gold Medal Award on July 24


ARLINGTON, Va., July 20, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- The Napoleon Hill Foundation (www.naphill.org), a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization which shares the philosophy of author Napoleon Hill, has announced that the organization will recognize best-selling author and speaker Jim Stovall (www.jimstovall.com) with its coveted 2018 Napoleon Hill Gold Medal Award. The award presentation will take place on Tuesday, July 24, 2018 at the Crystal City Marriott, 1999 Jefferson Davis Highway, Arlington, VA, 22202 at 11:00am.

Don Green, Executive Director of the Napoleon Hill Foundation commented, "The literary contributions that Jim Stovall has made to the world through his many motivational books have led us to recognize him as a worthy recipient of this award. His message promotes the success principles that Napoleon Hill also shared, and his extraordinary outreach to provide inspiration and hope has truly been a game-changer for legions of companies, organizations and individuals."  According to Mr. Green, the Napoleon Hill Foundation does not give the Gold Medal Award annually, but only every few years, thus making the July 24 presentation a unique and special occasion. 

Jim Stovall, who is blind, has been an Olympic weightlifter, and is an entrepreneur, humanitarian and best-selling author of over 30 books. He was the founder and president of the Narrative Television Network which adds an extra soundtrack to television shows and movies to make them accessible to the blind and visually impaired. His best-selling book is The Ultimate Gift which has been made into a major motion picture.

Following the award presentation to Jim Stovall, Glynn Hodges will be hosting an episode of Glynn Hodges Live with guests Jim Stovall and Ollie Cantos. This will be a fast-paced three-part program focusing on three topics:  Success principles from the playbook of each guest, Bullying, and the Definition of Happiness and how one achieves it. Hodges will also hold separate interviews with Napoleon Hill Foundation's Don Green and with the Cantos triplets.
