MIAMI, July 18, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- AshBritt is proud to be the Diamond sponsor for today's Society of American Military Engineers of South Florida Industry Day conference.  The annual conference highlights the efforts of military engineers, veterans, and private sector partners who serve our country through various science, technology, and engineering projects. Randy Sosa, SAME South Florida Post Treasurer and KNK Construction and Engineering Inc. Attendees included representatives from the Corps' Jacksonville, Savannah, and Mobile districts, the National Parks Service, private sector partners, and local elected officials."

AshBritt is proud to have partnered with the United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) on numerous emergency response missions throughout its 25-year history.  Two legacy missions under the leadership of USACE have been the Hurricane Katrina mission in 2005 where AshBritt disposed of over 21 million cubic yards of debris. The second legacy USACE mission is the 2017 Northern California wildfire mission, where AshBritt hauled over 770,000 tons of fire debris.
