LOS ANGELES, July 16, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Kutak Rock is pleased to announce that attorney Albert Reyes has joined its national public finance practice group and will be resident in the firm's Los Angeles and Irvine offices.
Mr. Reyes is a public finance and infrastructure lawyer who serves as bond counsel, disclosure counsel and underwriters' counsel on a variety of matters. He has assisted investment banks, cities, counties, school districts, water districts, special districts, transportation authorities, joint power authorities and a variety of public agencies in the issuance of general obligation bonds, special tax bonds, enterprise revenue bonds, lease revenue bonds, sales tax bonds and the execution and delivery of certifications of participation.
