Media Advisory - Minister Garneau will attend the Farnborough International Airshow and hold meetings with transportation stakeholders in London


OTTAWA, July 16, 2018 /CNW/ - On July 16, the Honourable Marc Garneau, Minister of Transport, will be attending the Farnborough International Airshow where he will participate in the opening of the Canada Pavilion and meet a series of important Canadian aerospace stakeholders.

On July 17, Minister Garneau will be in London, United Kingdom, to meet with the Right Honourable Chris Grayling, Secretary of State for Transport, to discuss issues of mutual interest, and Mr. Kitack Lim, Secretary General of the International Maritime Organization. While he is there, he will also participate in an automated and connected vehicles roundtable with United Kingdom based public and private industry stakeholders.
