Vietnam Airlines Signs Maintenance Service Agreement for V2500® Engines


FARNBOROUGH, England, July 16, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Vietnam Airlines has signed a 3-year maintenance services agreement with IAE International Aero Engines AG. The non-exclusive agreement will cover engine overhauls for the airline's V2500 engines. The V2500 engine is offered through IAE International Aero Engines AG, a multinational aero engine consortium whose shareholders comprise Pratt & Whitney, a division of United Technologies Corporation (NYSE:UTX), Pratt & Whitney Aero Engines International GmbH, Japanese Aero Engines Corporation and MTU Aero Engines.
