NEW YORK, July 12, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Bluerock Residential Growth REIT, Inc. (NYSE American: BRG) (the "Company") today announced that its Board of Directors has established September 28, 2018 as the date of its 2018 annual meeting of stockholders. The Board of Directors has established August 8, 2018 as the record date for the determination of stockholders entitled to vote at the meeting.

The meeting will be held at 12:00 p.m. E.T. on Friday, September 28, 2018, at the Warwick Hotel, 65 West 54^th Street at 6^th Avenue, New York, New York 10019.
