Ergotron Contract's J?V Wall Earns 2018 Product Innovations Grand Award

ST. PAUL, Minn., July 12, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- On the heels of debuting the J?Vtm product line at NeoCon 2018, Ergotron, Inc. today announced the J?V Wall is a Grand Award winner in the 2018 Product Innovations Awards issued by BUILDINGS Media. BUILDINGS Media evaluated dozens of products based on how they enhance building management through sustainability, maintenance, durability, productivity, occupant health, collaboration, space optimization and energy efficiency.

J?V's non-electric, adjustable worksurface rejuvenates new or existing space by empowering workers to move quickly and quietly from sit to stand throughout the day in a streamlined and organized environment. Available as a panel or wall mount, J?V provides full BIFMA ergonomic range?an industry first for a non-electric adjustable surface. Transitioning fully from sitting to standing can occur eight to 10 times faster than traditional height-adjustable tables.

"J?V Wall represents a new era of Ergotron ingenuity," said Charles Christ Jr., chief technology officer at Ergotron. "Being recognized as the Grand Award winner solidifies our presence in the contract furniture market, and we look forward to empowering designers to realize the potential of every space."

Ergotron Contract's solutions empower designers to realize the potential of every space.

"By relying on design research, we're able to identify the 'nature of work' today and anticipate the near future," explained John Blomstrom, lead designer of furniture at Ergotron. "Through this process of discovery, we were able to accommodate the needs of our customers including quick collaboration, full BIFMA height adjustment, controlled and concealed power and data, and the ability to integrate these features into various environments. Our J?V height-adjustable worksurfaces provide these features in totality, otherwise uncommon in the market."
