The Company operates predominately in California, with additional operations in Texas and Colorado. Premier is one of the largest private duty nursing providers in California with 21 licensed and certified home health offices in the state and over 1,900 active home health caregivers. The Company is vendored with all 21 Regional Centers in California and provides behavioral health benefit administration services to over 12,000 families.
