Description
This recall involves IKEA LURVIG Water Dispenser for Pets. The recalled water dispenser has a black plastic base with two water wells. One well holds a clear plastic dome to hold and dispense water for drinking. The Article Number is printed on a sticker at the bottom of the bowl.

Incidents/Injuries: Two (2) worldwide reports of dogs suffocating

Sold Exclusively At: IKEA stores nationwide from October, 2017 through June 2018 for $7.99.
