Go Store It Acquires Clover Hill Self Storage in Richmond, VA

CHARLOTTE, N.C., July 10, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Go Store It has recently acquired Clover Hill self-storage located in Richmond, VA. This will be Go Store It's third project in Richmond as it has two other storage developments under construction in the Richmond MSA. One is located in Midlothian and the other near Downtown Richmond.

Clover Hill features 348 units and 42,000 square feet. It also features an ample amount of parking for cars, Boats, and RV's. There is also a planned expansion of 40,000 square feet that will feature two stories and be fully climate controlled.

This is Go Store It's 10^th acquisition so far in 2018. Other recent acquisitions have been located in Asheville, Greenville, Nashville, and Wilmington.
