System One Completes Acquisition of Transformer Repair Utility Services

PITTSBURGH, Pa., July 9, 2018  /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- System One, a leading provider of specialized workforce solutions and integrated services, today announced the acquisition of Transformer Repair Utility Services (TRUS), a utilities services firm based out of Beulaville, North Carolina. Under the agreement, TRUS will operate as Utility Partners of America (UPA), a System One company.

With the acquisition, UPA and TRUS combine their utility service capabilities to expand the depth and breadth of offerings throughout the United States. UPA specializes in business process outsourcing, field services, home warranty programs, as well as sales and marketing specifically geared towards the utilities industry.
