QUÉBEC, June 27, 2018 /CNW/ - The Honourable Diane Lebouthillier, Minister of National Revenue, on behalf of the Honourable Dominic LeBlanc, Minister of Fisheries, Oceans and the Canadian Coast Guard, together with Madame Isabelle Melançon, Quebec's Minister of Sustainable Development, the Environment and the Fight Against Climate Change, and Monsieur Jean D'Amour, Quebec's Minister for Maritime Affairs, will make an announcement regarding marine conservation in the Estuary and Gulf of St. Lawrence.
