Dallas High-Stakes Trial Lawyer Dick Sayles Shares Courtroom Strategies


DALLAS, June 26, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Prominent trial lawyer Richard A. "Dick" Sayles of Sayles Werbner will share his deposition and witness preparation tips at a University of Texas School of Law conference in Houston on June 28.

Sayles, along with Dallas attorney Frank L. Branson, will take part in a panel discussion at UT Law's continuing legal education (CLE) program "Winning at Deposition: Skills and Strategy." The two lawyers will discuss the ethics of witness preparation and dealing with difficult attorneys, among other topics.
