Hamilton Capital Announces Launch of Canadian Dollar Units of Hamilton Capital U.S. Mid-Cap Financials ETF (USD) and June 2018 Distributions

TORONTO, June 22, 2018 /CNW/ - Hamilton Capital Partners Inc. ("Hamilton Capital") is pleased to announce that Hamilton Capital U.S. Mid-Cap Financials ETF (USD) (the "ETF") will be available for purchase in Canadian dollars.

Subject to the approval of the Toronto Stock Exchange ("TSX"), it is expected that Units of the ETF will begin trading on or about June 25, 2018 on the TSX in Canadian dollars under the ticker symbol "HFMU". Currently, units of the ETF are listed and trading on the TSX in US dollars under the ticker symbol "HFMU.U". Investors will therefore now have the option of investing in the ETF in either Canadian or U.S. denominations.

Both the HFMU and HFMU.U tickers refer to the same exchange traded fund. The only difference between the two listings will be the currency in which they trade.

Hamilton Capital is also pleased to announce the distributions for its ETFs, the Hamilton Capital Global Bank ETF (ticker "HBG"), the Hamilton Capital Global Financials Yield ETF (ticker "HFY") and the Hamilton Capital U.S. Mid-Cap Financials ETF (USD) (ticker "HFMU.U"), all of which trade on the Toronto Stock Exchange, for the period ended June 30, 2018.

The ex-dividend date for the distributions is anticipated to be June 28, 2018, for all unitholders of record on June 29, 2018. The distributions will be paid in cash, or if the unitholder has enrolled in the dividend reinvestment plan (DRIP), reinvested in additional units of the ETF, on or about July 12, 2018.
