KGPCo to Acquire Assets in Hutton Communications of Canada

FARIBAULT, Minn., June 20, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- KGPCo is pleased to announce that it has entered into a non-binding agreement to buy select assets and assume certain operating liabilities of Hutton Communications of Canada. The move comes as part of KGPCo's vision of expanding its diverse range of services and offerings for the Communications Industry into the Canadian market. The acquisition has been approved by the leadership teams of both organizations and is expected to be finalized in the upcoming weeks.
