/R E P E A T -- Media Advisory - Government of Canada to make high-speed Internet funding announcement in Whitehorse/
OTTAWA, June 19, 2018 /CNW/ - The Honourable Navdeep Bains, Minister of Innovation, Science and Economic Development, together with the Honourable Larry Bagnell, Member of Parliament for Yukon, and the Honourable Ranj Pillai, Yukon Minister of Economic Development, will make an announcement related to the Government of Canada's commitment to bring high-speed Internet service to Canadians living in rural and remote communities.
Later that evening, Minister Bains will participate in an energy symposium hosted by the Canadian Electricity Association. Mr. Bagnell will also be in attendance.
