Alterna Equity Partners Announces The Capitalization and Start-up of Alterna Capital Solutions

DELRAY BEACH, Fla., June 19, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Alterna Equity Partners today announced the successful completion of its investment in Alterna Capital Solutions LLC. Alterna's founder, Robert L. Konrad, Jr., joined forces with Stan Carpenter, ACS' founder and CEO, to create an accounts receivables financing company with $77 million of available capital. ACS' headquarters is in Winter Park, Florida; it initially will have a sales presence on the East Coast staffed from Atlanta, Georgia, and on the West Coast, staffed from San Francisco, California. West PLC provided the legal services in connection with the transaction, including the planning and structuring of the various entities, the private placement of the equity securities, and the documentation and consummation of the senior debt financing.
