Microtech started its operations with its main objective to offer a superior and consistent customer experience through its well established BPO service offerings. Microtech supports its customers with both voice and non-voice support. Inbound/Outbound Voice and Chat offerings include customer care, inside sales, lead generation and Helpdesk/Tech Support.
