/R E P E A T -- Media Advisory - New Report on Child Poverty by Federal Ridings/

TORONTO, June 15, 2018 /CNW/ - Campaign 2000 will release a report on Child Poverty by Ridings on Monday June 18, 2018. The media release, full report, companion data and infographics will be available at www.campaign2000.ca as of 12:01 am.

The report anticipates the release of Canada's first Poverty Reduction Strategy. It provides a snapshot of the child poverty rate in every single federal riding. The data is cross-referenced with socio-demographic data from the 2016 Census Long Form. The result is a picture of who lives in the ridings with highest and lowest levels of child poverty across Canada.

The report will be made available in both English and French and spokespeople will be available for comment in both official languages through the contacts listed below.
