Aptiv Completes Acquisition of KUM

DUBLIN, June 14, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Aptiv PLC  (NYSE: APTV), a global technology company enabling the future of mobility, announced today that it has completed its acquisition of KUM, a leading provider of highly engineered connectors and cable management solutions for a range of harsh-environment automotive applications.
