redtag.ca, Top Canadian Travel Agency, Partners with Adobe to Drive Digital Strategies

TORONTO, June 13, 2018 /CNW/ - redtag.ca, one of Canada's leading retail travel agencies, has been leveraging the power of Adobe to enhance their customer experience. From analytics to artificial intelligence (AI), redtag.ca's partnership with Adobe has fundamentally allowed the travel agency to enhance their customer experience and digital strategies.

redtag.ca (CNW Group/redtag.ca)

"Adobe has supported redtag.ca throughout our history, with their technology being an invaluable contributor to our overall success," redtag.ca's Chief Digital Officer, Roberto Gennaro, said. "Our incorporation of Adobe Analytics into our digital strategies has allowed us to improve our customer experience and differentiate ourselves from other travel brands."

Most recently, redtag.ca incorporated artificial intelligence (AI) technology, through Adobe Sensei, to better understand patterns in their customer demographic, behavioral and conversion data, in addition to detecting anomalies on their website.

"With machine learning through Adobe Sensei, we can see beyond basic activities, monitor multiple channels and audience segments, reveal actionable insights buried in data, and act instantly to help ensure we're delivering the best experiences possible," Roberto Gennaro added.

Adobe Sensei's anomaly detection technology also helps redtag.ca engineers discover issues with booking paths or slowdown of web pages, which, in turn, assists the agency in ensuring their customers get the best deals delivered within an outstanding customer experience.

The partnership between Adobe and redtag.ca has also advanced the agency's capabilities to customize email offerings. By utilizing customer data, redtag.ca has been able to refine the deals it offers its customers, making them more relevant to what travelers are really looking for. For example, for a past summer campaign in Toronto, redtag.ca marketers were planning to promote packages to Cuba. However, with the help of Adobe Analytics, they discovered travelers in the area were more interested in Jamaica. redtag.ca was able to alter its offerings accordingly and provide customers the best deals for Jamaica instead.
