MONTREAL, June 7, 2018 /CNW Telbec/ - Fiera Capital Corporation ("Fiera Capital" or the "Firm" or the "Corporation"), a leading independent asset manager, announces that all nominees listed in the management information circular dated April 12, 2018 were elected as directors of the Corporation at the annual general and special meeting of the shareholders held on June 7, 2018 (the "Meeting").
Each of the four (4) Class A directors proposed for election at the Meeting was elected on a vote by show of hands. Each of the nominees was elected by a majority of the votes cast by the holders of Class A Subordinate Voting Shares of the Corporation present or represented by proxy at the Meeting. The proxies received by management for the election of the Class A directors were as follows:
