BOSTON, June 1, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Manning Gross + Massenburg LLP (MG+M), the national litigation boutique law firm known for protecting and advancing the interests of its clients wherever they do business, was recognized as a "Best Law Firm for Female Attorneys" in 2018 by the national law publication Law360. The designation was part of Law360's "Glass Ceiling Report," an annual evaluation of the progress U.S. law firms are marking toward increasing opportunities for women at all levels?from associate to equity partner. MG+M was ranked number 20 in the category of firms with 20 to 149 lawyers.
For its rankings, Law360 grouped firms based on U.S. attorney headcount, enabling comparison across similarly sized firms. Firms were ranked by the percentage of female non-partners and partners?above-average representation was required for consideration. Law360 surveyed more than 300 U.S. law firms and sixty-two firms were named to the list.
According to the report, women represent just over one-third of all attorneys in private practice. That number has remained consistent over the past five law firm surveys Law360 has conducted, making the designation even more powerful.
