Liberty Health Sciences Signs Exclusive Agreement to Bring Award-Winning Mary's Medicinals Cannabis Products to Massachusetts


Liberty and Mary's expand partnership with second exclusive licensing and raw materials agreement

TORONTO, May 25, 2018 /PRNewswire/ - Liberty Health Sciences Inc. (CSE: LHS) (OTCQX: LHSIF) ("Liberty" or the "Company") today announced the expansion of the Company's partnership with Colorado-based MM Technology Holdings, LLC ("Mary's") to be the exclusive provider of the award-winning line of Mary's Medicinals® cannabis products in Massachusetts.

Under the agreement, Liberty will produce and distribute Mary's suite of innovative cannabis products, featuring a variety of novel delivery methods, under license in Massachusetts for both medical and recreational users, when permitted. The agreement is subject to approval by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, Medical Use of Marijuana Program or the Massachusetts Cannabis Control Commission as is required under Massachusetts law.
