(NASDAQ: SNES), a developer of proprietary technologies for managing animal pest populations through fertility control, and Pestmaster Services, a premier provider of integrated pest management services, today announced that they have developed a "rapid rollout plan" for the deployment of ContraPest^® in California, once approval of ContraPest is final.
