CALGARY, May 9, 2018 /CNW/ - In accordance with Toronto Stock Exchange requirements, Crown Capital Partners Inc. ("Crown" or the "Corporation") (TSX: CRWN), which provides growth capital to successful mid-market companies, announced the voting results from its Annual and Special Meeting of Shareholders held on May 8, 2018 in Toronto, Ontario.
A total of 5,925,740 common shares, representing approximately 62.5% of the Corporation's issued and outstanding common shares, were voted in connection with the meeting. Shareholders voted in favour of all items of business put forth. The votes for the election of directors are as follows:
