MADD Canada Welcomes CTV News Toronto's Janice Golding as MC for the 2018 MADD Canada PIA Law Strides for Change Event


OAKVILLE, Ontario, May 07, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- MADD Canada is pleased to announce that CTV News Toronto reporter Janice Golding is joining the 6th annual MADD Canada PIA Law Strides for Change (GTA) event as Master of Ceremonies.

The event, held in support of MADD Canada's mission to stop impaired driving and to support victims, will be held on June 3 at J.C. Saddington Park in Mississauga, Ontario. The sign-in opens at 7:30 a.m. Ms. Golding will open the event with welcome remarks at 8:45 a.m.

Ms. Golding began her career at CTV before moving on to positions at the New RO in Ottawa and, later, CKWS News in Kingston. She returned to CTV News in Toronto as a reporter and also occasionally serves as a back-up anchor. An accomplished and well-rounded journalist, she has researched for W-Five, associate produced a Federal Budget special for the national news team, interviewed and anchored for CTV Newsnet, and hosted Discovery's Daily Planet.
